How long is this program?
We offer two Leadership Canvas™ Programs. Program I and Program II are delivered in 6-Week sessions.
Leadership Canvas Program I is designed to address leadership confidence, communication skills, and for new leaders to shape their own leadership styles.
Leadership Canvas Program II elevates leaders to intentionally craft their leadership style in a way that benefits the entire organization.
- Weeks 1-4: Four 90-Minute Building Block Sessions
- Weeks 5&6: Two 90-Minute Roundtable Discussions and Special Guest Speakers
What's included in the program?
- Four 90-minute live virtual sessions on essential leadership topics (we call them Building Blocks), using Creative Integration™ methods. Which means all our programs are delivered through creative methods – making the sessions engaging and impactful.
- Two 90-minute live roundtable discussions. These group coaching sessions are designed to provide an additional opportunity to deepen learning, share insights, and apply the leadership concepts in real time. Participants will have the chance to ask questions, gain feedback from peers, and explore challenges specific to their leadership journey in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Access to Leadership Canvas™ Cohort LMS for supplemental learning, including tools, articles, videos
- Invitation to join the Leadership Canvas™ Cohort Member Site
- Leadership Canvas™ Supply Box. Each participant will receive a curated supply box filled with hands-on materials that enhance the creative experience, fostering engagement and making the leadership journey both interactive and memorable.

Yes. In order to make this program easily accessible, this program is delivered online through LIVE online sessions, delivered by trained Leadership Canvas™ facilitators.
